What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message. We do not ask for or store any health or medical information through this website — that's only ever discussed directly with you during an appointment.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange appointments. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions.
• Google Ads — we use conversion tracking to measure how effective our advertising is. This includes Enhanced Conversions, which sends a securely hashed (irreversible) version of the email and phone number you submit to Google, used only to match your enquiry to an ad click — Google cannot recover your original details from this. • Google Maps — embedded on our Contact and location sections to show our clinic address.

These services may set cookies or use similar technologies as part of their normal operation. We do not control how these third parties process data beyond what's described here — please refer to their own privacy policies for further detail.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where an appointment follows, as part of our ordinary client records. If you'd like your contact form data deleted, email us and we'll action this promptly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at reedhab@outlook.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
